Coach Pat uses two professional-grade inflatable AirTracks, selected based on your group size and skill level. Every session includes a thorough stretching warm-up as part of your full 60 minutes of active coaching time.
Primary AirTrack
The go-to track for most sessions. Compact enough to fit in driveways, patios, backyards, garages, and indoor spaces. Perfect for beginner through intermediate skills and most group setups.
Advanced AirTrack
Deployed for students working on advanced tumbling passes — back handsprings, tucks, layouts, fulls, and running skills that require a longer runway. Best suited for larger flat concrete or grass areas.
Multiple students? Coach Pat brings extra equipment so every student stays active and productive throughout the entire lesson. Concrete surfaces (driveways, patios, and garages) are preferred over grass for optimal AirTrack bounce. A shaded area is strongly recommended, especially in summer.

Most families reserve a standing weekly slot and pay one flat amount each month — same payment every month, 48 lessons a year. All sessions are 60 minutes of active coaching, including warm-up. Setup and pack-down are never billed.

How Monthly Works
Your monthly rate is the same every month — 48 lessons a year, averaging 4 per month. Months with a 5th lesson cost no extra; Coach Pat's 4 published off-weeks are already built in.
46-Lesson Guarantee
San Diego weather wins sometimes. Coach Pat guarantees a minimum of 46 lessons per year — if rain, extreme heat, or his own illness ever brings you below that, every lesson under 46 is credited to your next month.
Payment
Due on the 1st of each month, in advance, via Venmo (@flipaday), Zelle, or cash. A 10% late fee applies after the 5th.
Sunday Surcharge
A $25 fee per lesson is added for Sunday slots ($100/month on a monthly membership).
Missed Sessions & Notice
Your slot is held for you and billed whether or not your student attends — no credits for lessons you miss, and in a group one student’s absence doesn’t change the rate. To end a slot, give written notice by the 1st and that month is your last.
Group Changes
Each family is billed separately, and there’s no minimum group size. If a family leaves with notice by the 1st, the group keeps its slot and everyone’s rate is simply recalculated from the table above for the new size.

FlipADay's private lessons are held at your home using professional-grade portable AirTrack inflatable equipment. Each session is 60 minutes of active coaching time, which includes a warm-up stretching period. Pricing includes travel within the service area and all equipment. A $25 fee is added for Sunday lessons.
Lessons can be held on flat concrete surfaces such as driveways, patios, or garages (preferred for best AirTrack bounce), grass, or indoor spaces. A shaded area is strongly preferred, especially during summer months.
Payment Policy
Monthly members reserve a standing weekly time slot and pay a flat monthly rate in advance, due on the 1st of each month. The rate covers 48 lessons per year (an average of 4 per month). Months containing a 5th lesson cost no extra, and Coach Pat’s 4 published off-weeks per year are already accounted for — your payment is the same every month.
You are reserving Coach Pat’s time, not individual lessons. Payment is owed whether or not your student attends. Payments not received by the 5th of the month incur a 10% late fee, and lessons may be paused until the balance is paid.
Group slots are priced on the number of enrolled students, and each family is billed its own share. Adding or removing a student changes the monthly rate for the following month and requires written notice by the 1st.
Group changes. There is no minimum group size. A family may leave a group slot by giving written notice by the 1st, as above. The group keeps its reserved time, and from the following month each remaining family is billed at the published rate for the new group size. A family that leaves without notice by the 1st is responsible for the following month.
One-off / drop-in lessons are paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. Payment is accepted via Venmo (@flipaday), Zelle (703) 303-6660, or cash.
Cancellation & Attendance Policy
Ending a monthly slot requires written notice by the 1st of the month. That month is then your final month and your slot is released at the end of it. Notice given after the 1st means the following month is still owed in full. This gives Coach Pat a full month to fill the time.
Missed lessons are not credited, refunded, or made up. Your slot is held and Coach Pat arrives regardless of attendance.
A lesson counts as delivered whenever Coach Pat is present and available at your scheduled time. The 46-lesson guarantee counts lessons delivered to your slot, not individual attendance.
Group slots. If one student in a group is absent — once or often — the lesson still takes place and the monthly rate is unchanged. There are no per-student credits, discounts, or make-up sessions for individual absences. If no students will attend in a given week, please tell Coach Pat at least 24 hours ahead so he does not travel; that lesson still counts as delivered and is billed.
Lesson guarantee. Your monthly rate is based on 48 lessons per year. FlipADay guarantees a minimum of 46 lessons per year. Lessons cancelled by Coach Pat for any reason — rain, extreme heat, illness, travel — count against that guarantee. If fewer than 46 lessons take place in your membership year, every lesson below 46 is credited to your next month’s payment. Lessons are credited, not rescheduled, so neither family has to hunt for a second time slot.
Weather calls. Coach Pat decides on rain or extreme heat at least two hours before the lesson and will notify you directly. Where a garage or covered space is available at your location, he will offer to move the lesson there rather than cancel.
Pausing: slots cannot be held without payment. If you need to pause, your slot is released and offered to the next family on the waitlist.
One-off / drop-in lessons are paid at booking and non-refundable. If Coach Pat cancels a one-off lesson for weather or illness, it is refunded in full or rescheduled by agreement.
⚠️ Published Off-Weeks: Coach Pat takes 4 weeks off per year. These dates are published in advance, are already built into your flat monthly rate, and do not count against the 46-lesson guarantee — you are never billed for them.
Release of Liability
By signing this waiver, the client acknowledges and accepts all risks associated with participation in tumbling activities. Tumbling involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks of injury. Coach Pat Graves and FlipADay are not liable for any injury, accident, or loss before, during, or after the lesson.
Photo & Media Release
Unless otherwise noted at signing, I grant FlipADay permission to photograph or record participants during lessons for promotional use.
